1. Acceptance of Terms By using the web hosting services provided by Sheepdog Design Studio LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
2. Use of Services You may use our services only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use the services:
a. In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
b. For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way.
c. To transmit, or procure the sending of, any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material.
d. To knowingly transmit any data, send or upload any material that contains viruses or any other harmful programs.
3. Payment and Billing
a. Services are billed on a [monthly/annual] basis. Payment is due on the date specified in your billing account.
b. Failure to pay by the due date may result in suspension of services.
4. Suspension for Non-Payment Accounts that are past due will be suspended. You will receive a notification before suspension.
5. Cancellation and Termination
a. Services may be canceled by you at any time. A cancellation will only cancel future billings.
b. In the event of non-payment beyond 45 days, we reserve the right to terminate your service. Upon termination for non-payment, your site, database, data, assets, and domain will be deleted.
6. Limitation of Liability Sheepdog Design Studio LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.
7. Changes to Terms Sheepdog Design Studio LLC reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
